The Big Move!

After weeks of searching for new place, we were getting worried we wouldn't find something before we had to move. Finally about a week before we had to be out, we found a great place in Lehi that we miraculously were chosen to rent, out of at least 10 couples. We hope to stay in our new place for a long time. We do not like moving! Especially with as much stuff as we have.

Luckily we had been packing a few boxes a day for about a month so packing wasn't too bad. But it was still unbelievable how much stuff we had. I should have taken a picture of our spare bedroom, where we stacked all the boxes. It was completely full, floor to ceiling!

My mom, Jamie, Brooke, Dani, Marcus, Derek, Russ, Amalie, and Tyler and his friend Shawn all came to help. Here's just a few pictures of our old house in Provo.

This is one of the trailers of stuff we had.

If you look close you can see our whole moving train. Two trucks and trailers completely full...another truck (on it's second load) completely full and towing my mom's car that exploded (the radiator) when she pulled into our driveway, and our car which was packed as well!

It was quite the sight!

Here's our new place once all the trucks and trailers were unpacked. It was quite a scary and overwhelming sight to think of unpacking everything.

It was a long and tiring day.

We live in the basement, but here's the front of the house.

Unfortunately we had to move on TJ's birthday, and due to some rain we were delayed a few hours and it took us longer than we thought to move. We were able to get in on most of the celebrations though.
