Happy Fall!

Since we are way over due for an update, here are the big highlights from the past 8 months!  Squeeze in lots of fun times with family and friends, and just the everyday, and that has been our fun and busy lives. 

 In April we took a trip to California to visit some family and stay with our good friends.  We had fun at the beach, Sea World, and just lots of playing.

 

 We spent Easter with Gichin's parents.

 Sweet little Sophie turned 1!!

 We put curlers in Haddie's hair one night!

 We think she has a strong resemblance to Shirley Temple!

  

 We bought our first home!!

  

My family was all together for the first time in 4 years!

 Our cute Haddie turned 4!

 Took some new pictures of the girls for the wall!

Happy Valentine's Day

We hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day full of love from family and friends!!

We are keeping super busy and the girls just keep on growing and getting cuter every day.

Here's to hoping we'll get a real blog post up one of these days!

Introducing...

We are very excited to introduce

Sophie Lynn Marsden!!

She was born on May 18th, at 12:16 pm.

She weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long

I was induced that morning, and everything went really well.  We are so excited to have Sophie in our family.  She is just perfect, and doing really well.

 Haddie is a great big sister, and loves to rub Sophie's head and give her kisses.  She also loves to hold her, but only for about 15 seconds!

Just thought I should check in to say that we are doing very well, and that we have had a wonderful and busy year since our last pictures!  

Haddie is excited about her Baby Sister due to arrive the end of May!  

 

We'll work on getting some posts up a little more often!

Spring-time Fun

Gichin surprised me and Haddie with a trip to Thanksgiving Point Gardens for the Tulip Festival

In April we took a trip to St George to visit Gichin's parents who were house hunting.  

Haddie thought this box was the perfect place for reading books!

Happy Easter

We had a very fun Easter in Delta with my family.

Haddie loved coloring Easter eggs

 And we only had a 1 knocked over dye!

Anxiously waiting to find our Easter baskets.

Haddie was more than thrilled with all the treats!

She especially loved putting the eggs in and out of the cartons as we found them!

She was inseparable from her Easter basket!

A few weeks later, I went to Delta for a bridal shower and Haddie played with grandma.

 

Then we went to some sand dunes for the Finlinson Family Easter Picnic.

Haddie loved the sand, and especially throwing it in her hair!

We also went to visit my aunt and uncle and Haddie loved their car!

And we got to go for a horse ride.

Haddie liked it at first then said "All done!"
