Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas.
Haddie wasn't too sure about meeting Santa Claus.

Haddie's Christmas Dress
We acted out our Nativity play on Christmas Eve.
And opened our pj's.
Haddie was so excited on Christmas morning!
Once she found the m&m's in her stocking, she was completely happy.  By far her favorite present!

Her purse was probably her second favorite gift.  Eating m&m's and carrying around her pursed she was completely content!
We also got to talk to Uncle Marcus on his mission in Taiwan.
Haddie, or rather dad having fun with Haddie's new bath toys she got for Christmas!

More Fun in the Fall

I love the fall, and we always find lots of fun things to do.
(Sorry there are a lot of pictures in this post!)
In October me and Gichin took a late anniversary trip to Cedar City.  We left Haddie with my parents for the first time and stayed one night in Cedar and explored the sites nearby.  This is one of 3 pictures that have people in them from our trip.  That's what happens when you go on a trip with Gichin, and there's no cute baby to take pictures of. This is us at Cedar Breaks.
Haddie had a fabulous time with Grandma and Grandpa, and did very well for her first time away from mom.
She even helped grandma clean
While in Delta, we also raided my parents pumpkin patch!
In October we also had the chance to go and stay at the Homestead in Midway.  Gichin signed up for a conference, and they paid for our room for both of us, and I just had to pay for food.
Me and Haddie had lots of fun while daddy was in meetings
I love her scowl
Haddie especially loved the sand

Crazy hair!
"Give me your credit cards and I'll think about letting you you!"

Gichin had my grandpa make him some slave chains to use in class with his students.  I think Gichin is tempted to use them for more than just teaching purposes!
Haddie's first pig-tails!
Haddie loves to help me bake.

She was not very happy when we were all done and I took away the measuring cups!

Happy Halloween!
We enjoyed our jack-o-lantern pancakes and orange milk for breakfast.
And of course had our annual party with the fam.
Doesn't everyone look fantastic?!

I think Haddie made a very cute cow-girl
One of our self-spoon feeding practice sessions!
Maybe yogurt wasn't the best choice!
Haddie sleeps in some of the strangest positions.
More baking fun!

We had a fun and very uneventful Christmas Tree hunting trip this year.
Haddie liked the snow, until she she did a face plant trying to walk in all her gear!

We had a very small and quiet thanksgiving in Idaho with Gichin's grandma this year.
We always enjoy spending lots of time with her.

Fall Fun

We had lots of yummy garden veggies this fall.  Corn on the cob was definitely Haddie's favorite.

We went to Idaho over Labor Day weekend to visit Gichin's grandma.  We always have lots of fun.

Haddie found this cute rocking chair that was Grandma Marsden's when she was a little girl.  Haddie loved sitting in it and reading books.

We found a raspberry patch near our house where you can pick as many as you want and the price is pretty cheap.  We went with my mom, sister-in-law and her two kids.  We all had a fabulous time.  Haddie loved eating as many raspberries as she wanted.

Kait and Haddie had fun sword fighting with sticks

Grandma with her helpers.  Although I think they ate raspberries out of her bucket faster than she could pick them!

Haddie likes to make quite the fashion statement.

This outfit was entirely her choice!

The fun we have while mom is getting ready in the bathroom.

Spaghetti night!

Haddie all ready for her first BYU football game.

Look at that face.  So intent on the game!

I couldn't get Gichin to wear that appropriate color.  At least BYU wasn't playing Utah!
